Waterfront property on the Gulf Coast is a lighting problem before it is a camera problem. The window that makes an interior look like the brochure is about twenty minutes long, and it moves every week of the year.
That is why these shoots get scheduled around the light rather than the calendar. Aerials in the clean morning air, interiors through the middle of the day, and exteriors held for the twilight window when the sky still has color and the house is lit.
A standard package covers drone aerials, interior and exterior stills, a listing film, and a vertical cutdown for social. FAA Part 107 certified and insured, with airspace authorization near Tampa International and St. Pete Clearwater handled before the shoot day rather than on it.
